Praline milkshake and chantilly cream
This super tasty milkshake is a perfect after dinner treat.

100ml thickened (whipping) cream

1 tbsp icing sugar

200g natural or vanilla frozen yoghurt
220ml low-fat milk (or full -cream milk)
1tbsp praline paste

Place a mixing bowl and the beater attachments in the freezer for 20 minutes.

To make the chantilly cream, pour the cream into the chilled bowl and whip the cream using the electric beater. At the end, add the icing sugar and stir through.

Place the frozen yoghurt, milk and praline paste into the blender and blend until the mixture is frothy.

Pour the mixture into a large glass, pipe a mountain of chantilly cream on top using the piping bag (nozzle attached) and add a straw.

Drink immediately, chilled.
