Roasted spicy chickpeas

These are a great healthy snack for kids. You can leave out some of the spices, if you think it might be too hot for your child.
400g chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli powder
½ papika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Drain the chickpeas and leave to dry.
When dry, in a small bowl, combine the oil, chilli, paprika, garlic and cumin.
Spread your chickpeas onto the baking tray.
Place in the oven for 50 minutes until crunchy. Don’t allow them to burn.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
