Salmon soup

This is a scrumptious soup that will warm you up on a cold and wet evening.
500g salmon fillets, cut into chunks
1 tsp lemon juice
1 onion, diced
1 stick celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 carrot chopped
375ml fish stock
3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
Salt and pepper to season
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Heat the oil in frying pan on a medium heat and cook the onion, celery, garlic, carrot, coriander and cumin.
Add the stock to a pot of water and bring to the boil.
Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Combine the potatoes with the stock and add the fish.
Cook for 10 minutes until fish is firm and white.
