Sausage stuffing balls

These sausage stuffing balls nearly steal the show at the Christmas table, they are so delicious.
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
450g sausage meat (from butcher)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped sage
25g fresh white breadcrumbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
Grease an oven safe baking dish.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Roll into balls and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown all over and cooked through.
