Slow cooker molten mocha cake

This amazing chocolate cake oozing with molten chocolate inside ticks all the sweet tooth boxes in one delicious bite.
Vegetable oil, for greasing
4 eggs
285g sugar
115g butter, melted
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
100g Self raising flour
60g baking cocoa
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
¼ tsp salt
Fresh berries of choice and vanilla ice cream to serve, optional
Grease the inside of the slow cooker lightly with vegetable oil.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla until blended.
In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa, coffee and salt then gradually beat into the egg mixture.
Transfer to the prepared slow cooker.
Cook, covered, on for low 2 ½ to 3 hours or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
If desired, serve warm cake with berries and ice cream.
