Spaghetti and prawn supper
A quick supper with prawns and garlic is a healthy option for a mid-week meal.
 

300g spaghetti

1 tbsp oil

1 clove garlic

340g peeled and cooked prawns

2 tbsp fresh flat leave parsley, roughly chopped

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 12 minutes until al dente.

Drain and return to the pan.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes, add the prawns to heat through then toss everything together.

Top with the chopped parsley and serve once it has been seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
