Spicy carrots

Scrub 10 carrots and chop half lengthways.
Put them into a pan of boiling lightly salted water for a couple of minutes, then drain and pop them into a roasting tin along with a drizzle of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of crushed coriander seeds and some seasoning.
Roast for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F gas mark 4 and serve with a blog of yoghurt.
