Spicy meatballs with guacamole

Give your favourite meatballs a healthy makeover with this low-fat and low calorie dish.
Low fat/low calorie cooking oil spray of choice (found in most supermarkets)
500g turkey mince
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion, halved and sliced
1 chilli, deseeded if desired
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 avocado, cut in half, stoned and flesh mashed
Juice ½ lime
Wholemeal pita to serve (optional)
Soak 6 skewers in water.
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper along with a light spray of the cooking oil and set aside.
Tip the turkey, garlic, onion, chilli with the coriander and spice into a food processor and blitz until well combined.
Make into balls then run through with the skewers and place onto the baking tray.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through turning once. Remove to kitchen paper if necessary.
In a bowl, combine the mashed avocado along with the lime juice and some salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve on the side with the turkey balls.
Warm through the pita breads by wrapping them in foil and placing in the oven for 5 minutes and serve with everything else.
