Almond and berry smoothie

This makes a delicious treat when you're on a health kick. Instead of dessert serve this in a tall ice-cream glass.
8 almonds, skins on
2 heaped tbsp porridge oats
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 medium banana
1 kiwi fruit
Handful of strawberries
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
250ml rice milk, almond milk or soya milk
Add the almonds, oats and seeds into a blender or smoothie machine and blitz until well blended.
Add the banana, kiwi, some of the strawberries, yoghurt and milk. Blend until smooth.
Top with the leftover strawberries.
