Spooky rocky roads

300g milk chocolate (+ 100g extra for coating)
200g digestive biscuits (broken into small pieces)
110g butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
50g raisins
100g mini marshmallows
Orange and green ready-roll icing
Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
While this melts, combine the biscuits, raisins and marshmallows in a mixing bowl.
Once the chocolate and butter has completely melted, mix this into your dry ingredients thoroughly.
Pack the mixture into a square baking tin and leave in the fridge for at least two hours.
Once the mixture has set, cut into identically-sized cubes.
Melt the extra 100g of chocolate in the same way as before and dip each Rocky Road cube into the melted chocolate, coating all side but the bottom.
Fashion little pumpkins out of the icing and place on top of each Rocky Road piece.
