Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.
Combine the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, ketchup and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
Place the chicken drumsticks on the baking tray in a single layer and pour the marinade over the top and mix so the drumsticks are well covered in the marinade.
Cover the dish with foil and cook for 15 minutes then remove the foil and turn the drumsticks over.
Allow to cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until the juice runs clear and the skin has crisped up.
Remove the chicken drumsticks from oven, place onto a serving plate and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
