Tapenade

Containing olives, capers and anchovies, this spread is great on toast but also works pretty well as a dip.
250g black olives
100g anchovy fillets
¼ garlic, minced
1 tsp capers
1 tbsp olive oil
Handful fresh bay leaves
Make sure the olives are cleaned before popping them in a food processor.
Pulse for about 10 seconds before throwing in the anchovies, garlic, capers and oil.
Process until everything is combined and it looks like a paste.
Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with the bay leaves before serving.
