Turkey and pasta carbonara

1 onion peeled and chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 turkey breast, diced
1 pinch of pepper
50g frozen peas
20g parmesan cheese
3 tsp olive oil
200g pasta
Cook pasta according to packet instruction
Heat oil in pan, add the turkey, cook for 5 minutes
Add the garlic, rosemary and onion until onion is lightly golden, stirring constantly
Add the peas, and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly
Remove any excess oil
Reduce heat and add in the cream and stir gently
Drain pasta and add to the sauce
Stir in the parmesan cheese just before serving
Suitable at 8+ months
