Ultimate green drink smoothie
High in vitamins and naturally healthy ingredients, to stimulate your body back to health.

Large handful, raw kale

235ml coconut water or juice/not milk

235ml water

1 avocado, stoned and flesh scooped out

2 kiwis, peeled

1 banana

½ mango, peeled and chopped

220g tin pineapple, rinsed and drained if fresh isn’t available

Blend kale, coconut water and water together until creamy then add the remaining ingredients and blend for another 2 minutes and serve.
