Cleaning out your little one's schoolbag is NEVER an easy task, is it?!

Whether's it digging through all the scraps of paper at the bottom fearful of what you'll find underneath or coming across a note that was meant to be signed weeks ago, it's one of those end of week tasks that you wish you hadn't decided to do.

How many of these can you relate to?

1. “What is THAT?”

It's black and DEFINITELY looks like it used to be food.

2. “That was either a banana or a sandwich in a previous life”

But you ain't going too close to figure it out.

3. “I KNEW they didn't look properly”

After you found their Maths copy that they swore was NOT in their bag.

4. “So that’s where my watch went”

Hmmm....

5. “Why on EARTH do they not use their pencil case”

Right after a pen pricks you under the nail while you get through your mammoth clear-out.

6. “Oh look, another note that never made it into my hands”

You're starting to question your child's attention span...

7. “I don’t even want to know what that is”

You're better off not asking.

8. “Was I not supposed to sign that?”

As you reef their English test paper out from under their giant Geography book.

9. “What is that smell?”

Do you really want to know?!

10. “Now I know why their bag is SO heavy”

Because it's stuffed to the gills with RUBBISH!!

SHARE if you relate.
