The kids may love the school's annual bake sale, but (unless you are a dab hand in the kitchen) the same can definitely NOT be said for a lot of us mums.
Finding the announcement note at the bottom of their schoolbag can be the most sweat-inducing thing ever, and, if you're anything like us, you totally try to pretend it's not there.
While they are admittedly a great way to raise much-needed funds for the school, that doesn't stop us thinking these 13 thoughts!
1. Nooooo!
2. Who can I rope in to bake for me?!
3. Would they REALLY notice if i just bought a cake mix...
4. Or just buy the actual cakes and some Smarties...
5. Rice Krispie buns are still cool, right?
6. I really hope I have Rice Krispies at home...
7. WHERE IS THE COOKING CHOCOLATE?!
8. I REALLY hope the kids don’t come home with a load of bread. Again.
9. Screw this - I'm going to the shop...
10. Hmmm, decorating pre-made buns was a REALLY good idea.
11. The kids can go wild decorating them while I do the dinner. Jack pot!
12. At least I know I won’t poison anyone buying them.
13. Now, where's the Tupperware container?!
