They can be tricky and sometimes hard to manage, but we couldn’t imagine a world without our little preschoolers. Here are fives reasons on why the preschool years are just sometimes, the best years.

Milestones
Your little one can still find many ways to astonish you, especially when it comes to their milestones. You will notice a dramatic improvement in your tot’s linguistic, motor and social skills, especially between the ages of three and four. They will also start to become more independent and more expressive in what they have to say, when it comes to their feelings and thoughts.

Say the cutest things
Your tot will be learning more and more words to add to their vocabulary and will of course have plenty of questions to ask you. Compared to a toddler, your preschooler is able to express themselves a little more coherently. So they will have no problem in telling you what they want and of course, say funny things in the process.

New skills
Your preschooler’s motor skills are developing rapidly and before you know it they will soon being doing a lot of tasks by themselves. Your little one will have no problem when comes to dressing themselves, washing their hand and even using utensils - although they may still need your help with some things. Your preschooler will become self-sufficient in many ways, which will make life a little easier for you.

Aware of feelings
Probably the most adorable reason on the list, especially when your little one starts to become with in tune with their own feelings, as well as the feelings of others. Your tot will become more emphatic and start to take their peer’s feelings into account, this will come in handy especially when it comes to explaining the topic of sharing to your tot.

The many questions
Prepare yourself, because your preschooler will definitely be full of questions from; “why is the sky blue” to “why did that man do that,” to the most annoying one of all, “but why?” While these questions can be annoying, your little one is just curious and is excited to learn about as many things as possible. Your little one may even take you by surprise by how quickly they grasp on to some of the things that you may have taught them.
