8 year-old Jane Richard lost her leg in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing as she was standing on the sidelines watching.
However, Jane has fought back with vengence and has since learnt to walk, run, and most importantly, dance, since the tragic incident last year.
Jane was fitted with a prosthetic "Cheetah" leg in March and hasn't stopped since!
The 8 year-old has become a symbol of hope and resiliance for victims of the bombing as well as for the city of Boston itself.
The race was held one year on, April 15, and many of the victims returned to show that they are "Boston Strong" and that this tragic incident has not broken them, and it won't.
