Futa Fata are delighted to present the first two books of a new series for toddlers.
 
Dainín is the first original boardbook series for toddlers and preschoolers to be published by Futa Fata. The series centers on a little tiger, Dainín. In the first book, the cute little tiger has lost his teddy – Cá bhfuil Teidí? While in the second book, Cloisim rud éigin! little Dainín is discovering new and exciting sounds.
 
The author Tadhg Mac Dhonnagáin, founder and director of Futa Fata has both created and translated many beautiful books. A keen musician, Tadhg has also published CD and book projects, among which is the classic collection of traditional rhymes, Gugalaí Gug! which was awarded a gold disc for exceptional sales in Ireland.
 
Steve Simpson is one of the most innovative and respected illustrators working in Ireland today. He has illustrated a number of picture books for Futa Fata. His distinctive style and his ability to create engaging characters are again evident in this new project.
