A Willowgrove school in Canada has installed a “buddy bench” in the yard to help stop children from feeling alone and left out.
But we prefer the explanation seven-year-old Matthew Henkelman gave CBC News: “It’s a place where you can go it you can’t find your best friends and don’t know who to play with”.

Students told the CBC reporter that they used to see kids “walking around by themselves… but now [they] see a lot more people with friends to play with”.
