With Communion season fast approaching, parents across the country are busy getting everything organised for their little one’s big day.
One person who knows that all too well is dressmaker Thelma Madine who says she’s booked up until the end of 2018.
The Big Fat Gypsy Wedding star has been flooded with orders from parents around the country since her latest show kicked off last month.
Thelma’s Big Irish Communions started on TV3 last month and has resulted in a 50pc rise is calls from Irish customers in the last few weeks alone.
The dressmaker says Irish customers already make up 80pc of her client base but her latest TV offering has caused a huge increase with one parent making a Communion inquiry for her two-week old daughter.
