This no-sugar-added delicious dessert is incredibly easy to make and will please the whole family.

2 ripe Fyffes bananas

300g dark chocolate

175g smooth peanut butter

250ml cream

60g roasted salted peanuts, chopped

Coat a loaf tin with cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving it overhang on both long sides.

Melt the chocolate and let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, in a food processor or using a fork, puree bananas until smooth.

Stir the peanut butter into the banana puree. Add the cooled chocolate and stir until well-combined. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and gently fold it into the mix.

Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours, or overnight.

Remove loaf from the tin and serve in slices.
