Chicken fettucine

Chicken fettucine
This is a great recipe if you want to whip up something fancy really quick.
 
 

500g fettucine, cooked al-dente

2 chicken breasts, diced

4 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

230g cream

900ml water

1 tbsp chicken stock powder

3 large tomatoes, chopped

3 tbsp basil

Parmesan for spinkling

Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken pieces on a medium heat.

Cook for about ten minutes before adding the garlic, cream, water and stock to the chicken.

Bring to the boil and add the tomatoes. Allow to simmer until the sauce is thick and add the basil.

Pour in the pasta and mix until it is completely covered with the tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with parmesan.
