Fruit filled smoothie

A nice way to start the day with fresh fruit and yoghurt this smoothie is fresh and healthy.
1 ripe banana
75g raspberries, frozen if not in season
250ml skimmed milk
50ml frozen raspberry or lemon yoghurt
A few raspberries and mint leaf to garnish (optional)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
