Homemade guacamole
Guacamole makes great sandwich fillings, on top of a burger or as dip at parties.
 

6 avocados (soft, but not mushy)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lime juice
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
salt
handful coriander
1 jalapeno pepper diced

1 tsp chilli flakes

Tortilla chips to serve

Cut your avocados in half and spoon the middle flesh into a medium bowl.

Add the garlic and lime juice and mash together to your desired consistency.

Spoon in your diced tomato, onion, salt, coriander, jalapeno and chilli flakes. Mix to combine.

Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for an hour before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.
