Potato dips

Potato dips
Serve them with sweet chilli sauce for an alternative to chips and dip.
 

1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges

100ml vegetable oil

1 tbsp garlic salt

1 tbsp dried oregano

Preheat oven to 220°C/ gas mark 7.

Toss the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle the salt and oregano over them.

Bake for 40 minutes, turning half way.
