Salted crisps
Make your own party crisps and use as much or as little salt as you want.

2 medium potatoes, finely sliced

1 tsp sea salt

150ml water

Preheat your oven to 140°C or gas mark 1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a small bowl combine your salt and water together.

Make sure your potatoes are finely sliced. Place into your salted water and leave to sit for about 15 minutes.

Before placing onto your baking tray making sure they are drained of excess water.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes until they are crisp.

Allow to cool before seasoning with a little more salt and serving
