Simple onion fries

Simple onion fries
These are great for dipping and are perfect for kids' parties.

4 tbsp olive oil
2 large onions
300g flour
1 tsp paprika
Pinch salt and ground black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk

Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a medium to high temperature.

Slice the onions into rings and leave aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika salt and pepper together. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and milk together.

Place the onion ring into the egg and milk mixture. And then dip it into the flour mix. Make sure the onions are fully coated. Pull the rings out with a fork.

Carefully place the onion rings onto the pan for about 4 minutes until the batter is crispy. you may want to do this in batches. Place onto kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

Season with a little salt and Serve with a variety of dips.
