Mini jam tarts

Delicious little sweet tarts which are quick and easy to make.
85g butter
175g self-raising flour
20 tsp jam
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
Rub the butter into the flour until the mix resembles breadcrumbs.
Stir in a few tablespoons of water to form a dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Use a pastry cutter to cut out about 15 circles.
Place each pastry circle into a cupcake tray to create the tart case.
Add a teaspoon of jam to each case.
Place the cupcake tray into the oven and cook for about 30 minutes or until the tarts are golden.
