Orange and ginger juice

Kick start your morning with this cleansing antioxidant and immune system booster.
1 large orange
2.5cm root ginger, grated and juiced to give 1 tbsp juice
100g yoghurt (or soya yoghurt for vegan option)
150g drained, tinned mango (reserve the juice or syrup)
2 tsp wheat germ (optional)
1 tbsp porridge oats
1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
2-3 drops vanilla extract (optional)
Zest the orange to give ¼ tsp grated orange zest.
Squeeze the juice from the orange into a blender. There should be about 4 tablespoons.
Wrap the grated ginger in a tea towel and twist hard to extract the juice (or use a juicer).
Put all of the other ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Sweeten with a little of the reserved juice from the tinned mango if needed and blend again.
Serve in glasses and garnish with slices of orange or fresh ginger
