Spinach and fruit smoothie
Energy in a drink, this perfect medley of spinach and fruit is sure to start the day off right.
 

200g baby spinach

235ml coconut water

235ml water

1 banana

220g tin pineapple, drained and rinsed if fresh isn’t available

½ mango, peeled and chopped

1 tbsp lime

Blend the spinach, coconut water and water together until creamy add the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is a smooth texture.
