Strawberry burst smoothie
A healthy clean start to the day, try this lovely smoothie.
 

250g frozen strawberries

200g Greek yoghurt

1 tsp of ground flaxseed/linseed

Pinch of Cinnamon

Combine all the ingredients and blend on high speed until thick and creamy then serve.
