Parents, who received a text message from a school in Abergele,  have urged staff there to re-sit their English exams following a significant number of errors in the text.

Spelling words like ‘uniform’, ‘their’ and ‘punctually’ incorrect, the text which was to remind parents that pupils must wear their uniform during exams was met with embarrassment by the parents.

According to the Daily Post, one parent has called for the author of the text to re-sit their GCSE exams, saying: “I think whoever sends these messages should sit the GCSE English in order to sort out their grammar, spelling and punctuation!”

Ah, while it is a bit of blunder, these things do happen and we’re sure whoever sent it is embarrassed enough as it is!
