Anyone currently in the toddler phase with their little one will know the frustration of a ‘picky eater’ only too well. But while our little ones may still be a little too young to express why they all of a sudden hate every dish we present them with, have you ever wondered how they might explain it?

The mums at The Breakwomb reckon they have it all figured out, and they recently decided to take on the guise of their own toddlers in order to share that wisdom with the rest of the world. The result? Utter hilarity, as usual.

To begin with, they want us to know that they now have ‘refined’ tastes; they’re not about to tuck into just anything – kind of like their own mums!

As for dessert, you can pretty much give up on the idea of trying to make it healthy – they have well and truly cracked that code.

“Nice try with the ‘fruit as dessert’ scheme you’ve been pulling…Now, I’ve had a cookie. I’ve had a cupcake. I’ve lived,” says ‘toddler’ Molly – and, oh, can we relate.

Check out the full sketch below – and just wait for that punch-line. Once again, these mums have nailed it.
