Seven-year-old Reagan Porter was left heartbroken when she realised she left behind her favourite stuffed animal, "Lambie".

Reagan was holidaying with her family in Texas, but it was only on her trip home that she made the horrible discovery. Reagan's father contacted the hotel to see if they came across "Lambie", but unfortunately to no avail.

It wasn't until a month later that a cleaner, Christina Cooper found the stuffed animal by accident in the bin.

Copper took it open herself to mail "Lambie" to Reagan but wanted to make the reunion even more special between Reagan and her favourite stuffed toy.

"I had asked the dad if I could address the box to his daughter because you know how kids get when they receive things in the mail. And I also asked if I could attach a note to the lamb doll that would seem like he was talking to her."

Cooper went onto the mail "Lambie" to Reagan with a sweet note saying that he missed her.

Reagan and "Lambie" became famous online, after her parents decided to organise a massive internet campaign in an attempt to get "Lambie" back, which seems to have succeeded in the most unusal way.
