While obviously, we try and feed our family with nutritious healthy food on a daily basis, we are also realistic about those days when it is ok just to say yes to the hamburger. 

 

And now there is a whole day dedicated to celebrating our love for over-indulgent food. Yes, there is an actual junk food day and it is today! A day dedicated to greasy, heavy food. So we have decided to jump onto the bandwagon - OUR way.

 

As American food activist Michael Pollan states it in his famous food rules: "Eat all the junk food you want as long as you cook it yourself".
