23-month-old Noah was taking part in a live car seat demonstration in Philadelphia with his mum, Torrie Williams.
The demonstration required him to sit in the seat and be buckled up while an expert from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Fox 29 host Mike Jerrick explained the new car seat rules for kids.
But Noah did NOT want to get involved.
In fact, all he wanted to do was sit in the front seat and drive the car.
His poor mum, who never stopped smiling the whole, struggled and struggled before little Noah finally found his way to the front.
Hands on steering wheel and a cheeky little grin, Noah simply waves goodbye.
