If your little one has started using a gaming app called Roblox, you might want to pay attention to Jemma Casey’s message.

The Scottish mum has warned parents everywhere to delete Roblox, claiming that online predators sent inappropriate messages to her daughter through the app.

Jemma took to Facebook to share her experience, after six-year-old Morgan told her about a message she received from someone who called her ‘little pal’ and invited her to meet them.

The concerned mum had no idea that there was a messaging function on the app, and when she went to check her daughter’s story out, she was horrified by what she found.

A user called ‘xxFOOTBALLKINGxx2017’ had instigated a chat with Morgan, and when Jemma responded, he told her to call him ‘daddy’.

Jemma has issued her message in a bid to warn other parents of the dangers the app presents to vulnerable young children.

“Please, please; if your kids have an app called Roblox on their tablets, iPads, Xbox, whatever – DELETE IT!” she urged.

“Included are some pictures of what I found. It was me who replied to the chat, not Morgan, but there were loads of messages from random people.”

She also included screenshots of reviews of the app. In one, a user claimed there was ‘sexual abuse’ going on over the app, while another reviewer described it as ‘a game where 40-year-olds talk to your kids’.
