Fruit Shoot have teamed up with Tough Mudder to create an amazing day out to help get kids active and inspire their adventurous sides.

Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder allow kids to take on a custom obstacle course, designed by kids for kids, giving your little ones the opportunity to have fun, be adventurous and best of all - get muddy!

In order to help your child train for the Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder and get them into tip top shape (any excuse to get them away from their screens!) you can create this simple circuit training course in your back garden at the weekend and let them have lots of fun with their siblings and friends.

If you have 4 or more children, you can divide everyone into teams and get them to complete the circuit together.

The Ultimate Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder Circuit
  1. Complete 20 jumping jacks as quick as you can.
  2. Create a slalom line using bean bags/balls/etc. Dribble a football through and back.
  3. Crab crawl from one end of the garden to the other and back again.
  4. Hula hoop for 30 seconds.
  5. Run 5 laps around the garden.
  6. Army crawl from one side of the garden to the other.
  7. Hold a tin of beans in each hand and let them hang by your side. Touch them to your shoulders and then lift into the air. Repeat 10 times.
  8. Do 20 skips as quickly as possible.
  9. 1 lap of the garden hopping in a black bag or sack.
  10. Run through a paddling pool and pat yourself on the back for completely your very tough army-style circuit.
The first ever Ireland Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder event will take place on 11th & 12th July 2015 at Loughcrew Adventure Centre, Loughcrew, Oldcastle, Co. Meath. You can sign up for your preferred day by visiting the Fruit Shoot website and registering.
