The 26-year-old Philadelphia woman who lost custody of her daughter after being videoed falling asleep on the bus has responded to the public's criticism.
Taking to her Facebook page to address her critics, she said:
While the woman was not charged with any crime, the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Philadelphia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit decided to remove the girl from her mother’s custody.
Here's the video of the mum being revived by her little girl on a bus.
