Skinny vegetable and chicken chowder

A light chowder packed with vegetables and chicken ideal for a hearty, healthy meal.
1.4 ltr chicken stock
270g boneless skinless chicken fillets, cut into bite sized pieces
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
200g tinned sweet corn, drained
2 bay leaves
1 x lemon zest
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir then cover.
Cook on low for 8 hours then serve hot.
