Equipment:
- Saucepan
- Water
- Ice cubes
- Oven mitt
Method:
- Get an adult to boil some water in a saucepan or kettle. Using oven mitts to protect your hands, hold an icecube tray over the steam of the boiling water.
- You will notice drops of rain falling from the tray. Do you know why?
- The coldness of the ice cube tray causes the steam from the boiling water to cool.
- This changes it back from steam to water!
