American tot, Noah Hill King decided to celebrate his sixth birthday in the most unusual but selfless way.

Little Noah decided to use his birthday celebrations as an opportunity to raise money for his local police station in Orlando, Florida.

The six-year-old gathered donations from family, friends and local businesses, as well as hosting a local fundraiser at his local pizza store to raise money for the Ocoee Police Department.

Noah raised a total of $1,650 for the police department and his mother Cheryl King said she was astounded by her little boy’s actions.

“During all this, he amazed me with his courage in standing in front of large groups of people talking about what he was doing.”

Noah’s gift to the police department will go towards the local summer education program for children.

But the police still wanted to thank Noah for his kind actions and decided to give Noah a bag full of goodies as well as a chief's special award at the city's commission meeting, as a belated birthday gift.

This isn’t the first time Noah has done a selfless act for his birthday, as last year the tot raised $1,210 for the fire department.
