Muesli snack bars
Great tasting snack bars which are perfect for kids lunch boxes.
200g butter
200g brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp honey
500g fruit and nut muesli
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
Grease and line a 20cm square cake tin.
Melt the butter, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon together.
Pour the melted mix over the muesli and stir well.
Press the mix into the prepared tin and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
