3 Ingredient Chocolate Krispies
Quick and easy treats which are perfect for kids lunch boxes.
200g cooking chocolate
20g desiccated coconut, plus a little for sprinkling
100g Rice Krispies
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and microwave on medium for 1-2 minutes, stirring as you go until melted.
Add the desiccated coconut to the melted chocolate.
Pour the melted mixture onto the Rice Krispies and mix well.
Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases.
Fill each case with the Rice Krispie mix and sprinkle a little desiccated coconut on top.
Transfer to the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
