Chocolate lava cake

The most luscious dessert for chocolate lovers!

200g dark chocolate

150g butter, soft

150g sugar

50g flour

3 eggs

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and allow to cool.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, then the flour. 
Add the chocolate, mix well and divide the batter between 6 ramekins. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to one hour. 
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the lava cakes for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
