Healthy chicken nuggets

Healthy, tasty, easy to make: these nuggets tick all the boxes.

450g chicken breasts, cut into even bite-size pieces

100g dried breadcrumbs

1 tsp mixed herbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sweet paprika

50g Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and grated parmesan in a bowl.
Dip each chicken piece into the breadcrumb mix.
Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for a further 8 minutes. Serve with ketchup.
