Healthy pancakes

These pancakes are a delicious breakfast option, 100% guilt-free

2 tbsp quark

2 tsp sweetener

2 eggs, beaten

To serve:

Fresh berries

1 tbsp quark

1 tsp sweetener

Mix the eggs, 2 tbsp of quark and 2 tsp sweetener.
Cook the batter in a hot pan sprayed with Fry Light. 
Mix the remaining quark and sweetener to garnish the cooked pancakes.
Top with fresh berries.
