Mars Bar Squares
Delicious crunchy chocolate treats that kids will love.
390g Mars Bars, chopped into small pieces
200g butter
200g Rice Krispie cereal
300g milk chocolate
50g melted white chocolate
Grease and line a 20cm cake tin.
Melt the Mars bar pieces and the butter in a small saucepan. Stir until well mixed.
Add the melted mix to the Rice Krispies in a large bowl, stir together.
Press this mix into the prepared baking tin and flatten out the top.
Melt the milk chocolate over a double boiler and pour over the top of the Rice Krispies.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of this.
Transfer to the fridge to set.
Once it has fully set transfer to a wooden board for cutting.
Slice into small squares and serve.
