Reindeer Cake Pops

Lovely Christmas themed cake pops which children will love.

120g butter

2 tbsp cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

200g icing sugar

150g madeira cake

200g milk chocolate, melted

To decorate

Red coloured chocolate sweets

Gold edible confetti

Pretzels, cut to resemble antlers

Beat together the butter, cream and vanilla extract.
Add in the icing sugar and blend.
Crumble the madeira cake into the mix.
Roll into balls and lay out on a sheet of baking paper. Transfer to fridge to firm up.
Take a lollipop stick and dip it into the melted chocolate, insert the chocolate tip into the cake ball and place back on baking paper. Repeat with all the cake balls and lollipop sticks, then transfer to fridge to set.
Cover each cake pop with melted chocolate, then use gold confetti as eyes, red coloured chocolate sweets as noses and pretzels as antlers.
